Training and mentoring
This initiative stems from our mentoring of projects developed by students from various schools. Over the last few years, we have collaborated with numerous schools—mainly in Bizkaia—supporting students as they develop their ideas and projects.
This academic year, we have taken a further step forward with these schools by launching entrepreneurship camps. In these camps, we use the students’ own projects as a starting point to develop key skills such as networking, open innovation and forward thinking, always linked to their chosen professional sector.
Our approach is practical and experiential: we create spaces where students not only learn, but also experiment, connect and build.
What do we do?
Training centres: training and support in vocational training, universities and schools.
Entrepreneurship programmes: designing and implementing initiatives to foster creativity, initiative and entrepreneurial skills.
Specialised training: participation in programmes such as the Global Training Scholarships, preparing students for international environments.
We nurture young talent by bringing together education, entrepreneurship and the professional world.

We extend our impact beyond the local area by actively participating in European projects, particularly within the framework of programmes such as Erasmus+. We are part of these initiatives as a team of ambassadors, connecting talent, knowledge and opportunities at an international level.
We are currently developing a new mobility project focused on the application of technology to the fashion sector, opening up new avenues for innovation and collaboration.
